DAY 1: Seattle, Washington
Sail north, transit the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks lowering twenty feet into the Salish Sea. Toast the coming adventure with your shipmates, crew, and Wellness hosts.
DAY 2: San Juan Islands, Washington
Each day, set your intention and honor the light within during morning or evening yoga sessions. Rise early for sun salutations or wind your day down with starlit chaturanga. Explore this archipelago by skiff or kayak, and join your expedition guides for shoreline and forest hikes, keeping watch for local wildlife.
DAY 3: Canada's Inside Passage
Wildlife-rich waterways, dramatic fjords, and temperate rainforests—learn natural history and Native influences of these sparsely-populated islands. Go deep on training, diet, and mindfulness—your Wellness hosts provide presentations and will lead discussions over the next three days on stepping up the healthfulness of your routine.
DAY 4: Canada's Inside Passage
Fill your days through the passage with inspiring scenery, relaxation, and onboard activities. Core power training from the deck and a special Precision Nutrition-focused talk step up the healthfulness of your routine.
DAY 5: Canada's Inside Passage / Alaska
Pass the ghost town of Butedale on Princess Royal Island and cross the Canadian/U.S. border. Tonight, drop anchor in Alaska and connect with the heartbeat of this wild land through evening guided meditation or yoga.
DAY 6: Ketchikan, Alaska
Explore town and count the sacred animals carved in Ketchikan’s many totem poles. Then harness the power of your own spirit animal in a heart-pumping shoreline run. And get inspired by an engaging presentation on how fitness impacts all parts of life.
DAY 7: Misty Fjords National Monument
Glacial valleys, wetlands and estuaries, 3,000-foot vertical cliffs, wildlife—get an up-close look at this majestic, 2.3 million-acre National Monument. And put those fitness lessons into play! Slip into a kayak for core power paddling. Or harness your inner yogi practicing balance poses on a paddle board.
DAY 8: Behm Canal
Wildlife abounds—orca, porpoise, sea lions, bears, eagles, otters. Paddle along pristine waterways or take a low elevation trek. Link mind, body, and wilderness through guided walking meditation on a rocky intertidal shore or take your yoga practice to the beach and show local ravens how to do a crow pose.
DAY 9: Wrangell
Discover Tlingit culture, view totem poles at Kiksetti Totem Park, and explore historic Chief Shakes Tribal House. Put into reality the mindfulness practices of the week—take time for self-reflection either through your own walking meditation, or find a peaceful spot to sit and journal your own adventurous story.
DAY 10: Wrangell Narrows / Thomas Bay
Navigate winding Wrangell Narrows by the red and green lights along “Christmas Tree Lane.” Core strength, plyometrics, and agility will be the focus as you explore glacial landscapes on an adventure hike. Kayak or paddle board and find your flow-state. Or let your body recharge and relax on a skiff ride.
DAY 11: Stephens Passage
Today, take the intensity of your paddling and hiking to higher level and watch for humpback and orca who frequent these waters. Power hike through a landscape of hanging waterfalls and emerald greens. Or, core-power kayak in a tidal salt-water lake, watching for bears, heron, moose, and eagles.
DAY 12: Endicott Arms / Ford Terror
Snow covered mountains and calving ice at Dawes Glacier complete your last day. Let the restorative energy of the wilderness soak deep into your spirit in Endicott Arm and, if tides allow, Fords Terror. Lindsay and Alex lead one last discussion with tips and training to utilize back home. At the end of the day, join the Captain for a sumptuous Farewell Dinner with a slideshow of your journey from the crew.
Day 13: Juneau, Alaska
Disembark after breakfast and transfer directly to the Juneau airport or begin your add-on Un-Cruise overnight stay or extended land tour.
